How the Covid-dragon Disappears

I wrote and directed "How the Covid-dragon Disappears," an animated short film dedicated to honoring the courageous essential workers who bravely faced the challenges of the 2020 pandemic.

In the film, a knight engages in an epic battle against the formidable Covid-dragon, and we discover the knight is not alone in this fight when a young boy shines a light on the collective strength of our community.

This heartfelt animated short was brought to life entirely during the months of April and May in 2020, a time when the reality of the pandemic was becoming increasingly apparent.

As a call to action, we invited everyone who watched the film to visit Direct Relief , an organization dedicated to supporting the valiant knights in their ongoing battle against the Covid-dragon. Together, we can make a difference.

Making of

Upon completing the animated short film "How the Covid-dragon Disappears," we received numerous requests for a "making of" video to provide a glimpse into the creative process behind its production.
