Playful's Star Child gives a VR twist to the traditional side-scrolling platformer. For this trailer, the goal was not to show gameplay, but establish an eerie, futuristic look and tone that would draw viewers in and make them want to explore this mysterious world and discover the story of the hero character, Spectra. I was the creative and animation director for this spot.
